PropDeals does not use third-party tracking cookies. We rely on localStorage, a browser feature that stores small amounts of data directly on your device. Specifically, we use localStorage for:
- Saving your preferred theme (light or dark mode) so it persists between visits
- Recording anonymous click analytics to help us understand which deals are most popular
This data is stored entirely on your device. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings. We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking.
Affiliate Links
PropDeals earns commissions when users click affiliate links on our site and subsequently make purchases on partner websites. This is how we keep the site free to use.
When you click a "Reveal Code" button, the discount code is copied to your clipboard and you may be redirected to the partner firm's website through an affiliate link. The codes themselves are always free to use and the affiliate relationship does not add any cost to your purchase.
Our affiliate partnerships do not influence which codes we list, how we verify them, or the order in which they appear.
Third-Party Services
PropDeals uses the following third-party services:
- Google Fonts — We load the IBM Plex Mono typeface from Google Fonts. Google may collect basic connection data (such as your IP address) when serving font files. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
- Affiliate partner websites — When you click through to a prop firm's website, that site's own privacy policy applies. We encourage you to review their policies before making a purchase.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the PropDeals newsletter, we collect only your email address. We use it solely to send you updates about new deals and prop firm discounts. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email or by contacting us directly.
Data Retention
Because we use localStorage rather than server-side storage, your theme preference and click analytics data remain on your device and under your control. We do not store personal data on our servers unless you have subscribed to the newsletter, in which case we retain your email address until you unsubscribe.
